The resort, located in Naples Florida, sits on approximately 102 acres with a 30 acre stocked scenic lake at its center. Wide paved roads provide easy access to landscaped sites approximately 55 ft. wide by 90 – 120 ft. deep. With 289 sites, we offer both lake front and off lake lots.

Pelican Lake Motorcoach Resort is designed for Class A Motorcoaches 33 feet and longer. Guest coaches greater than 10 years old shall be inspected for suitability to occupy sites. If you have any questions about the condition of your coach, please contact our guest services at the number provided at the top of the page before making a reservation.

Pelican Lake Motorcoach Resort is a private, gated community. Gate access is available through the callbox, use of a barcode, and/or a remote clicker year-round. Guests receive a 4-digit pin upon arrival to gain access through the call box. 4-digit PINs are also available for vendors (service, housekeeper, pest control etc.), and construction vehicles.

Resort style pool and spa, patio, tiki hut, pickle ball, on-site rental, waterfront dog park, kayaks, paddleboards and sales office plus over 2 miles of well-lit sidewalks for walking or biking.

With Marco Island to our south and Naples to our north, the warm waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a few miles from Pelican Lake. Please visit our concierge in the main office for additional information on local beaches.
