Browser Security Update: Recently some owners have reported difficulty logging in after installing a new version of Internet Explorer or other browser. If you cannot log in and you are sure you are using the correct login credentials, you might try adding www.pelicanlake.com to your 'trusted sites' list in your browser's Internet Options/Security Options.

"Your login or password was not found".

The login or password you entered was not found in the system.

1) Your login was not found - your login is usually your email address, so try that for your login. But if you have recently started using a new email address, the system might still be looking for your old address when you log in. In that case, try using your old email address as well. You can use the forgot my email function to find the email address on file.

2) The password you entered did not match the password on file for your account. You can use the forgot my password option to have your password emailed to you. The system will email your password to the email address it has on file for your account. (have you kept your email address up to date on this website by using the 'change my account information' main menu option?)

3) You have not registered your account on the website.. If this is your first visit to the site, you need to register your account using the register page.

"Register Failed"

You did not enter the correct registration information.

The site number and access codes did not match when you tried to register. If you do not know the access code for registering on the website, check with PL office management.

"Records indicate that you have already registered"

The system appears to have a login and password already on file for your account. Your login is usually your email address (see "Your login or password was not found" above)

If you do not remember your login credentials, see note number one above.

"That site number was not found"

The system could not find the site number you entered to register.

To register, enter your Pelican Lake site number and the access code for registering on the website. If you do not know the access code for registering on the website, check with PL office management.
