Pelican Lake is a Luxury Motor Coach Resort located in beautiful Naples, Florida at the gateway to the 10,000 Islands. This pristine area is a perfect location to enjoy the surrounding nature and abundant recreational activities. This tranquil resort sits on approximately 102 acres of land with a 35 acre stocked lake at its center. This gated community is designed for Class A motor homes of 26 feet and longer.
The social centerpiece of this resort is the luxurious clubhouse with its distinctive decor, custom artwork, and a spacious dance floor.
Coach Site Information
There are a total of 289 coach sites at Pelican Lake. Every coach site enjoys beautiful landscaping and lovely views. We have coach sites for sale and for rent, many of which surround our 35 acre lake, and each of which has a 10' x 10' vinyl sided, shingled roof, double door Coach House.
Our coach sites are divided into two basic groups - lake front and off-lake/preserve. The typical coach site is approximately 55' wide and up to 120' in depth with a 20' wide drive. The coach sites all have 20-50 amp service available, as well as cable television, telephone service, water and sewer.
Amenities
Pelican Lake's amenities include a centrally located 8,000 square foot clubhouse with catering kitchen, laundry facility, library, exercise room with up-to-date equipment, showers, heated junior Olympic pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and stocked lake.
The luxurious clubhouse, with its distinctive architectural design, fine grouping of richly upholstered furniture, custom artwork and spacious dance floor, is the social centerpiece of this marvelous resort. We also have a dedicated storage area.
Location Information
Pelican Lake is 9.2 miles south from I-75 exit 101 (Collier Blvd.). From I-75, drive south on Collier Blvd to our entrance on Championship Drive. Naples Beach is approximately 15 minutes west and Marco Beach is approximately 10 minutes south of our location.
Pelican Lake is close to the Marriott Golf and Country Club (a semi-private course), the new Fiddler's creek Golf and Country Club and also a public driving range. There is a boat ramp approximately 3 miles from Pelican Lake, and we have several shopping centers within a few miles. You'll find grocery stores, department stores, and a large plaza of factory outlets nearby.
Ownership Information
Pelican Lake is a Property Owners' Association, and owners hold clear title to their coach sites. Regular maintenance fees cover the common expenses, such as water, sewer, cable, garbage, lawn care, staff, maintenance, and reserve funds. Current maintenance fees are $1060 per quarter.
